Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you fill out the consult form, we collect the details you enter: your clinic name, your name, and your work email. The phone number and the note about what prompted you to reach out are optional.

When you submit the form, we also record the page you came from and a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to limit abuse. We do not store your raw IP address, and we do not collect anything else as you browse the site.

How we use it

We use what you send only to respond and follow up about working together, and to prevent spam and abuse. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Analytics, cookies, and tracking

We measure how this site is used with Vercel Web Analytics, a first-party, cookieless analytics tool. It records anonymous, aggregate events — page views, how far down a page a visit scrolls, and clicks on the “Book intro call” button and the consult form — without setting any cookie and without storing anything on your device.

We use no advertising trackers, no ad pixels, and nothing that follows you across other sites. We do not build an identifiable profile of your visit, and the analytics are separate from the consult form: the events above are not tied to the details you type into it.

Service providers

A few service providers process this information on our behalf so the website and the consult form work: Supabase (the database that stores consult submissions), Sentry (error monitoring), and Vercel (website hosting and the cookieless Web Analytics described above). They process this data only to provide those services to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. These providers support the website and the consult form only; they are separate from the systems we would use to run software for a clinic.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send until it is no longer needed for our conversation, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete what you sent through the consult form. Email dale@eclore.ai and we will take care of it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send: submissions are stored through our database provider, access is limited, and your IP address is hashed rather than stored in the clear. No method of storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any certification.

Children

This site is intended for clinic owners and operators. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle this information, we will update the date at the top of this page.
